Gran Canaria - Las Palmas

We moored Vencedor in the large marina  near the city centre, so it was easy to spend a few days exploring the parks, beaches and historic centre. It was great to see some greenery and attractive old buildings again after the dry arid landscapes of Mororcco, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. With the aid of a hire car we explored inland towards the central mountains, first with Maurice's Dad and later with Hannah's mum. It was was lovely to spend sometime with family again after 7 months away from the UK. We like visitors...
